How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Rootsplayer Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Rootsplayer Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Rootsplayer Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@rootsplayer.world and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A description of what happened and the outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If the Issue Remains
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
